2. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, which involve significant time, effort, and creative resources from our team of 5 professionals, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

• Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for “change of mind” situations after the project has started or after the initial strategy has been approved.

• Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered, approved, or published (e.g., a live website, completed video edit, or published article).

3. Web Development, Graphics, and Video Editing Projects

For one-time projects such as website creation, graphic design, or video editing:

• Deposits: The initial deposit (typically 50%) is non-refundable. This amount covers the costs of reserving our time, initial consultations, and setting up the project framework.

• Cancellations during the project: If you choose to cancel the project after the work has begun but before completion, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. However, the initial deposit will be retained by Webmunafa Digital Marketing Agency to cover the labor hours already spent.

• Agency Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we (Webmunafa) are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own internal issues, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued within 14 business days.

4. SEO and Monthly Retainer Services

For recurring services like Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or ongoing maintenance:

• Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel their monthly subscription by providing a 30-day written notice via email to support@webmunafa.com.

• No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.

• Performance: SEO is a long-term strategy. We do not offer refunds based on a lack of specific ranking results (e.g., “I’m not #1 on Google yet”), as search engine algorithms are external factors beyond our direct control.

5. AI Agent Services

• Development Fee: Refunds for the development and coding of AI agents follow the same rules as Web Development (Section 3).

• Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred for third-party APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or server costs) paid on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are direct costs paid to external providers.
